We employ two separate value-oriented investment strategies: a longer-term strategy focused on opportunities investments that may include holdings in illiquid securities such as distressed debt or leveraged loans, and a shorter-term, publicly-traded strategy focused on more liquid investments that includes convertible bond arbitrage, various credit strategies, risk arbitrage and deep value investing.  We focus on building long-term relationships with deal sponsors, management teams, investors, and other industry participants.  Our principals have over 150 years of combined experience at crafting unique solutions throughout the capital structure of both publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
