Arthur Bilger

Mr. Bilger is the Managing Member of Shelter Capital Partners, LLC, an entity engaged in venture capital investment management. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Bilger was President, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of New World Communications Group, Inc., a leading television broadcasting and production company. Prior to this, he was a founding partner of Apollo Advisors, L.P. Mr. Bilger sits on the Boards of Directors of various companies in which either he or Shelter has investments.
