Harald Ludwig

Mr. Ludwig is the Co-Founder and President of Macluan Capital in Vancouver, Canada, which was formed in 1985 and is a private equity and investment firm. He serves on the Boards of various private and public companies, including West Fraser Timber Company, as Co-Chairman of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., as Chairman of Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited, and as Chairman of Prima Colombia Hardwood Inc. Additionally, he is a founding partner or private equity investor in a number of North American and international private equity firms, hedge funds, mezzanine lenders, growth capital providers, distressed investment firms and real estate investment vehicles.
