Hugh Steven Wilson

Prior to joining TCP in 2005, Mr. Wilson retired from the international law firm of Latham & Watkins. While with Latham & Watkins, he served as Tennenbaum Capital Partners' primary outside counsel since its inception. While still a senior partner with Latham & Watkins, he was Global Co-Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and former Chairman of both the National Litigation Department and the National Mergers and Acquisitions Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Wilson currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Wire Group, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Burford Capital Limited.
