Prior to joining TCP, Mr. Gerch worked in the Capital Markets Group of Ares Management, where he focused on investments in the gaming/lodging/leisure, aerospace and defense, and automotive industries. He also worked as a generalist in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions advisory, restructurings, and equity and debt financings across various industries. Mr. Gerch currently serves as Chairman of Revere Industries, LLC and as a Director of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited.
