Wendy Markus Webb

A twenty-year executive at The Walt Disney Company, where she held a series of senior level positions including Executive Director of The Walt Disney Company Foundation and Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Shareholder Services, Ms. Webb subsequently served as Chief Communications & Investor Relations Officer at Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. In addition to her role at TCP, Ms. Webb is currently Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors at Jack in the Box Inc. She has a strong background in finance, beginning her career as an investment banker at PaineWebber and Lehman Brothers in New York and London.
