The firm totals nearly 75 employees in our Los Angeles headquarters, approximately half of whom are dedicated specifically to the investment process with the remainder in important support roles. TCP’s exceptional team brings together investment professionals with decades of credit structuring, legal, reorganization experience and trading expertise together with others dedicated to a range of responsibilities important to our investors, deal partners and firm operations.

We augment in-house talent with proprietary Advisory Board and Senior Executive Advisors who include distinguished senior executives from major companies representing a variety of important industries. These executives are available for due diligence, board seats, deal flow, and, in some cases, operating roles.
